Marigold is bought by weight and judged on head size, colour saturation and how recently it was picked. A day-old marigold loses its bounce and starts to darken at the base — obvious the moment it's strung.
We supply both African marigold (jumbo heads, deep orange, best for backdrop panels and large-scale entrance work) and French marigold (smaller, denser, better for garlands and detailed work). Loose supply ships in ventilated crates; strung garlands are made to your specified length and packed flat.
